We provide 21 days to pay your bill. In the instance that payments has not been made on time and you have not contacted us, then we will take actions to recover any overdue amounts.
What happens if I don't pay by the due date?
We provide you with 21 days to pay your water bill.
In the instance where you haven't paid your account in full by the due date and you have not contacted us, then recovery action will need to be taken. You will be issued a Final Notice stating the account is unpaid. After this we will commence further action which may include a water restriction device and/or legal action from a collection agency.
