About water restrictions
During daylight savings each year, Stage 1 water restrictions come into effect.
Stage 1 is to remind you to be mindful of your water usage as the weather warms up.
Outside of daylight savings, there are no water restrictions imposed unless otherwise specified. From time to time, certain areas may have temporary water restrictions due to emergencies eg bushfire or infrastructure issues.
Our water restrictions are triggered based on supply and usage. For full details, please see our Water Restrictions Policy.
