When a document is on public exhibition, you can make a submission in writing using the online form on this page, post it to PO Box 456 Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, drop it in to our office at 91 Hammond Avenue, or fax it 6921 2241.
Persons making written submissions are advised that any submission received within the submission period will be subject to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act (PIPPA) and may be attached to the final report, in its entirety or in part, to Council unless explicitly requested by the person making the submission that they do not wish this to occur.

Documents on Public Exhibition
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993, Riverina Water County Council advises that the extraordinary Council meeting to be held on Thursday 22 October 2026 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2026.
In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act, 1993, any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports.
Copies of the Audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports may be inspected online or at 91 Hammond Ave, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650.
Submissions close one week after the above public meeting has been held.
