Our offices are closed from 11.30am, Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will reopen 8.30am, Monday 5 January 2026.

If you have a general enquiry or want to contact us on another matter, you can:

• Call us back in the new year from 5 January 2026
• Use our online forms for various requests such as refunds, direct debits and more

We'll get back to you following the reopening of our administration offices on 5 January.

Direct debits

All direct debits scheduled to be processed during the close down period will be processed on 5 January 2026. 

Refunds

All refunds requested after close of business Tuesday 23 December will be processed on 8 January 2026.
