Joining My Riverina Water is easy

The registration process has three simple steps. At my.rwcc.nsw.gov.au select the Register Now option at the bottom of the log in section to begin.

  1. Enter your Riverina Water account number and first and last name.
  2. When your details are matched, enter your email address and create your password following the on screen instructions, as well as accepting the Terms and Conditions.
  3. You're almost done! We'll email you an activation link, follow this link and log in for the first time and you're good to go.

What if my details don't match?

To register for a portal account, you must be an owner or responsible party of an account.

The first and last name you entered must match your details in our system. For example, if your name is Joshua, you must use your full name not Josh. Business names should be entered into the last name field in full.

If you're unsure or need to confirm details, contact us

I have more than one property.

Register once, and all of the properties you are an owner or responsible party of will automatically appear in the customer portal. Use the drop down menu on the upper left corner to switch between accounts.

I didn't receive my activation email.

Please check your spam/junk email folder. If you still didn't receive the activation email, please contact us

I'm already using my email address for my Riverina Water Apply portal?

Please contact us if you encounter issues registering for My Riverina Water and have an Apply account.

Depending how you registered for our applications portal for plumbers, developers, solicitors/conveyancers and filling station users, we may need to link your Apply account to your water account.
