Signing up for paperless billing
Once you have registered for My Riverina Water, simply select the "Enrol in paperless billing" link in the upper righthand corner. When your account is billed, you will receive an email with a bill summary including your balance, due date and billing period. Log in to your My Riverina Water account to view a PDF of your bill or make payment online.
We both own the property and want to sign up?
Each owner or responsible party can register for the portal and access our online services. However, only one person can register for paperless billing. You can choose to receive both a paperless and posted bill instead by contacting us.
Can I receive paperless billing and a posted bill?
Yes, please contact us to arrange.
I don't want to receive paperless billing anymore.
Please contact us to revert you to a posted bill. You can still use My Riverina Water without receiving a paperless bill.
Registration: What if my details don't match?
To register for a portal account, you must be an owner or responsible party of an account.
The first and last name you entered must match your details in our system. For example, if your name is Joshua, you must use your full name not Josh. Business names should be entered into the last name field in full.

Registration: I didn't receive my activation email.
Please check your spam/junk email folder. If you still didn't receive the activation email, please contact us.
I have more than one property.
Register once, and all of the properties you are an owner or responsible party of will automatically appear in the customer portal. Use the drop down menu on the upper left corner to switch between accounts.
