Riverina Water is required by legislation to make the returns of interest by ‘designated officers’ available free of charge on our website.

A ‘designated person’ includes:

  • Members of the Board and members of the Audit Risk & Improvement Committee (ARIC)
  • The General Manager
  • Senior staff and managers of Riverina Water who hold a position that involves the exercise of a function that could give rise to a conflict of interest.

The 2020-21 returns of current designated officers are available on this website.

We have redacted the addresses and signatures from online versions of the returns to protect the safety of the individuals named, however, applications can be made in accordance with the GIPA Act to request access to an unredacted version. Such applications will be considered on an individual basis. Returns have also been lodged by Manager Projects, Manager Operations and Manager Works; and these returns are also available on request.

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, each Government Agency is required to publish a register of all contracts valued at $150,000 or more which are entered into with a private sector entity for a project, goods and services or the sale, purchase or lease of rental property. Information must be entered in the register within 45 days after the contract, or contract variation becoming effective.
