Our offices are closed from 11.30am, Friday 20 December 2024 and will reopen 8.30am, Thursday 2 January 2025. 

For all urgent water issues, you can call us on 6922 0608 at any time. 

If you have a general enquiry or want to contact us on another matter, you can:

• Email us at support@rwcc.nsw.gov.au
• Call us back in the new year
• Use our online forms for various requests such as refunds, direct debits and non-urgent water issues

We'll get back to you following the reopening of our administration offices on 2 January.
