Share your feedback with Community Satisfaction Survey

Riverina Water’s annual community satisfaction survey is now underway.

Residents may receive a phone call to their landline or mobile on behalf of IRIS Research, who has been engaged by Riverina Water to undertake the survey.

“Your feedback and opinions not only let us know what we are doing well or need to work on, but it helps us plan for the future,” Riverina Water Chairperson, Councillor Greg Verdon, said.

“If you receive a call, please take the time to respond and participate in the survey.”

Those not selected in the random phone sample can complete the survey online.

Phone will start from 1 March, while the online survey will be available until 12 March.
